The Bielle Distillery was founded at the end of the 19th century. It developed over time under different owners. Sugar production was no longer needed in the small "Sucrottes" and was replaced by a distillery producing agricultural rum. The Bielle Distillery continues the old tradition of producing agricultural rum from pure sugar cane juice. Product
