This reel has been loaded with mono running line and the foot has marks from being mounted on a rod but I could find no other signs of use

The ferrule fit is very tight and excellent

the foot has been shaped to fit the prior owner's rod

Duplicated MKII check (the spring and pawl for the duplicated second check are missing however). Good overall condition with some loss of finish but otherwise the reel is nice and clean and mechanically sound. There is no play whatsoever in the spool. Ribbed brass foot and telephone latch. Internally, the reel is badged for Abercrombie & Fitch, New York. Ebonite handle. A
