Therefore, it is always typical of Sicilian wine from the highlands. 2019 was a good year, with some rain in June following a typically warm and dry summer. The harvest was slightly earlier than average, but the result was excellently ripe grapes. The San Francesco vineyard was planted in 1985 by Lucio Tasca on the lower part of the slope on soil that, due to a deeper
