60’s Bronze High Rise Pillbox Hat by Jacques Heim men s m medium man The flower is pinned onHigh rise pillbox hat from the 1960's. 5 1 2 inch high, black and bronze cello straw over a stiff net lining, set on a black velvet band. Inner circumference is 21 inches, on the outside, side to side is 19 inches. Lovely condition showing little to no wear. Label is Jacques Heim with a store label of Lazarus of Roanoke VA. Jacques Heim started out in the family business designing furs. In 1923 he took over the business and within a few years had
