The dress is pastel blue with a high basque waist defined by a satin band, bodice and back lace ruffles, a plunging V neckline with pearl bodice buttons and a row of small pearls that edge the neckline and the high back collar. The bodice has a lace yoke with satin bands. The skirt has a hem ruffle with white lace. Back ties from the side seams form a bow at the back
