40's Black Straw Wide Brim Tilt Hat with Ostrich Feathers rams mascot It is silk and aBlack straw wide brim tilt hat. Straw folds down to create an underneath placement cap and the back folds up. Brim extends 3 inches on the front and sides. It is covered with black white ostrich feathers. They are vintage replacements, not original to the hat. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon and an elastic placement band. No maker's label, just a MSC Union label, size 23. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Excellent condition with
