Latex and Feather Collar Swimsuit adjustable halter neck and o-ringThe base of this collar is crafted with extra thick interfacing, lined with rubber, and then detailed with two layers of extra long rooster feathers. Ties around the back with thick latex straps so it can be work with any garment and is easily adjustable.
