Made in the early 90s by Jessica Lauren. The fabric is black rayon with little off white daisies, that look like polka dots from a distance. Dress has wrap front with V neck and lapels. Bodice has pleats at the waist and blousons into a double buttoned (shell buttons) waistband. The waistband is elasticized in back and there are gathers above and below it. Straight skirt has hidden slit
