Retro atomic cottage floral, cotton plisse (not seersucker). Skirt really has a lot of volume. Teardrop pockets!! With bows!! This is iconic early 50s fashion and truly will remind you of 1950s icon, Lucille Ball. Soaked clean, no flaws.
