I wish Wailord's second move Dwindling Wave would stay at 100 hp the whole time, just add an energy card to the move but that's okay, because you can just use Super Deep Dive to restore Dwindling Wave's full damage, so if you are using a water deck and you can use ex cards in it I would definitely consider using Wailord ex
