I would never play this purely as removal but in a deck with heavy artifact synergies it might become the most powerful removal option

That's not counting color pairs, of course

Given that Black Oath is infrequently played in cube the Priest seems a bit over indulgent although it probably still makes the top ten either directly behind Black Oath or pretty close to there

Pair this with a restrictive mana cost of three different colors, and maybe Tamiyo wont see as much play as her power level suggests

Thankfully, green has tons of effects that pump out lots of little 1/1 saproling or 0/1 plant tokens

But her ability is powerful enough, that I suppose it's warranted
