Now, getting a charge counter every turn carries a whole lot more value than it used to, and as a result Energy Chamber is suddenly a very relevant card in any Commander deck looking to use these often-used counters
The first part of my research should have been to focus on ways to make tokens but I'm so hyped for the nasty things I want to donate that I completely ignored that and focused on stuff I want to give other people to make them sad
Furthermore, the discard clause fuels the Wererat's threshold ability
While there are lots of great choices out there, I think going with expensive cards that also make tokens is the most sensible since the deck is so well-positioned to get extra value out of tokens
A ton of the Red cards in this set are based on or around equipment, and I think Gilgamesh is one of the best cards that can still be used in a deck that isn't entirely focused on equipment
