Card Drawing/Selection A fair number of these have a ton of Bolas flavor tied up in them outside of being just decent cards too
In short, Ancient Grudge destroys two artifacts for 1RG, but not necessarily all at once
TL;DR: If someone tries to draw extra cards, they either end up discarding and drawing, or milling instead, so they never actually go up on cards
