Egyptian mythology and history provided a lot of broad influences (mummies, pyramids, deserts, hieroglyphics, etc.) that let us make categories of cards, but proved much more difficult when we were trying to make individual top-down cards
Saffgor: This card lacking protection itself means it probably doesn't get there outside of reanimator, and the best reanimation available in these colors in formats where it might matter only targets Mana Value 3 or less
Your Harnessed Lightning is always going to take up as much (or as little) of your energy reserve as it needs to answer that must-kill threat
Packing serious Electric -type moves, this card turned the tide in Sun & Moon battles with its ability to dish out huge damage while keeping energy costs manageable
For what it's worth, it is literally our hobby to collect production errors
Once this deck started drawing extra cards, its ability to deploy spells was so much better than anything else in the format that there was no keeping up with it
