The fact that Guzma can just completely remove not only the Active Pokmon's Tool, but all the opponents' attached Tools, makes it very nice to have
While it makes the copies legendary, which is something I dont think weve seen for a copy effect yet, you do get to double down on specific enchantments and artifacts if they arent already legendary
