Lastly, there are cards specifically built around this mechanic, like Thieving Varmint or Gonti, Canny Acquisitor, that easily let you cast spells you dont own

They make good targets for removal, though, so it's a good idea to hold onto them until you're close to the bottom of your deck and to keep some counters (and mana) available to protect them
