This card-drawing creature can dodge removal and because it's never had a proper reprint outside of Commander precons, the foil version is pretty pricey

This deck's goal is to create a board with several Faeries and avoid damage as much as possible with Goad, while you take advantage of that in some way, be it by drawing cards, or forcing your opponents to lose health points
Enter how many copies of the desired effect you run since Commander is singleton, this is usually 1 for a specific card, but you can group functional duplicates together
Players usually get a bonus for this like with Agitator Ant, probably to ease the politics of playing mean goad cards like Disrupt Decorum
Even with things like Myr Enforcer in the deck this is still great in most matchups if you can reliably play it
