Weve already established that mice care a lot about combat, so having a passive way to boost up their stats is key

This is an extremely good starter card to have in any type deck, getting this card out early in the game and putting the defending Pokemon to sleep allows you to keep Jigglypuff in the active Pokemon spot for quite awhile while setting up your benched Pokemon at the same time

These cards have their merits, especially if you prefer a more competitive approach to Commander, but if you find yourself conflicted about including them, its completely justifiable to keep playing what you enjoy instead
