Evra Voltron This Evra, Halcyon Witness deck is my attempt to make a budget version of Johannes Voss's Evra list which I had the pleasure of being destroyed by at MagicCon Barcelona: Johannes multitasking between piloting this deck and signing cards and ended up with an absurdly high win%, which was incredibly impressive for a commander that most people overlook as "weak"
