In my testing with Kassandra who brings a 3 mana value Spear into play, for a total of six off the bat this basically never cost more than three, and was often free

Only Dark Gengar and Light Dragonite managed to break into that top tier as non-Shining holos, and even then, they sit in the middle of the pack rather than at the top

What is the rarity of this Arven card
