I agree that Laboratory Maniac is a somewhat flimsy wincon on its own so I probably need to take my own advice and use something like Notion Thief + Windfall beforehand to kill everyone elses hand first

It happens if you are impatient and try to fix it too aggressively

Those decks will run 4 copies of the card

Triumph of Gerrard seems much better suited to a more aggressive deck

While in some ways this is outclassed by Mirror Image or Stunt Double in mana investment or play speed, I think the ability to copy a small utility creature like Marionette Master and make it much bigger before losing a bunch of artifacts can make a huge difference in a game
