Boros decks can now draw cards for attacking, and their access to ways to tutor and equip the myriad of equipments that generate mana like Sword of Hearth and Home, Sword of the Animist and The Reaver Cleaver mean that they can often times end up ahead of even the green decks at the table
They're more random for sure, but the randomness is why we buy packs to crack in the first place
Over the years, Konami has introduced a number of decks to the game that have become meta relevant, but they rely on having boss monsters in the deck rather than outside of it
As such it is more useful to only consider stuff we might actually encounter
