Like most Pokmon cards, the value of Dragonite depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Silver Tempest)
Its finally becoming a real card, and if thats not enough, so is Arkanas evil looking red Dark Magician
But a couple of covers that stand out to me right now are Melissa by Mercyful Fate and Red Exposure by Chrome. Ian: Thats a difficult one, I could go on about stuff like this for hours
