Its ETB effect makes it a little less of a loss when you have to recast this Rakdos commander since you know youll be getting some more cards, and its activated ability can do a lot of work if you include some high-cost artifacts like Chromatic Orrery that will both help get Imskir out, and also be able to do a lot of damage
