Andril, Narsil Reforged puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control every time you attack, but once you get to 10 or more permanents and acquire the city's blessing for the rest of the game, that bumps up to two counters
If they played something like Magda, Brazen Outlaw to develop their board, then theyre ahead
Even if youre playing singleton, you can still put your opponent into a lose-lose situation
A coin counter can be placed upon any creature at the end of each of your turns, then when that creature dies or goes into exile, it comes back under your control
It is also one of the least dead cards for any given situation resulting in a card that I will never leave out of an Izzet deck should I have the option to play it
This deck is extremely aggressive and an absolute blast to play
