From the wording on the official site, it seems like the Disney100 set might only be available from December 1st, not at the launch in LGS on November 17th

When its special summoned you can put spell counters on this card, equal to the number of spell cards that are on the field and in the graveyard

But Calamity Bearer is 1 Mana cheaper and basically works in the similar fashion as Obosh, the Preypiercer

This card's effect reads Add 1 Digimon card [...] and 1 Tamer card [...] among them to your hand, so you must add as many cards to your hand as possible
