This is a probably a solid beater though, hampered only by it's toughness, but I really think the power of this card rests less in it beating face and more in the copying ability, which is fairly easy to reach assuming it doesn't die
Cards that have only one colored pip in their mana cost, like Gurmag Angler, are generally better than cards that have two or more colored pips, like Tombstalker
Fixed-price listings also work great when you already know the value, and the international audience helps your cards reach people who actually want them instead of leaving them buried in your local market
The trample and flying keyword abilities do make it more likely to do combat damage to a player and also survive multiple turns
It fits with the maindeck better than any of the other alternate commanders do, but its the cost of activating the ability that has me excited
This might be a bit of a meta pick depending on your playgroup, but its hardly any less situational than cards like Carpet of Flowers at casual tables
