It is always a bit awkward with these types of lands that make you choose a color, because sometimes you have to play it earlier and name the color of something you arent splashing, just cause you need a different color of mana, but this still looks like the kind of fixing that will help decks splash stuff I think this land is probably worth running in most decks despite only producing colorless mana at first

If the cost of some of your cards creeps up over time by 10-20%, its probably fine for you to leave the deck as-is
