I have this card on third place in my own list, as I believe it is just topped by Murktide Regent and another blue card that we will encounter later down the line
She breaks parity in two key ways
The raccoons an okay early mana rock, so its not like youll just be holding onto the card until you can use its more powerful ability
Blue: Blue is my most played color in Lord of the Rings draft, and I think its very good, but key is that outside of Pelargir Survivor, every common creature is bad and almost all of the instants and sorceries are good
The double attack ability that this leader has can be extremely threatening, but without a consistent way to get banish, it just means you accelerate your opponents game plan by giving them more cards
I was happy with how the mechanic played into the overall joke of the name
