Generally speaking I don't recommend countermagic that costs 4 cmc, especially ones that give the spell back to the owner after its destroyed, so I wouldn't recommend running this card in a vacuum as a generic answer
Sapphire and Steel can be a little trickier to manage if youre brand new to TCGs, due to its reliance on building up ink as quickly as possible - using the abilities of cards like Mickey Mouse, Detective, which allows you to add an extra card from your deck to your inkwell when played - to afford more expensive cards
