If an Adventure spell leaves the stack in any way other than resolving (most likely by being countered or by failing to resolve because its targets have all become illegal), that card won't be exiled and the spell's controller won't be able to cast it as a permanent later
Kicking things off we have The First Doctor, who tutors up The Tardis (since William Hartnell's Doctor ran off with it) and synergises with the MTG Cascade keyword (which the Tardis grants to other permanents
Sometimes you get sweet plays where you take three or four extra turns, but I generally find it works better as a proliferation engine than an extra turn spell
HE WAS VERY PATIENT, AND DETERMINED
I was able to predict some of the mechanics that would show up on five of those 10 cards , and got relatively close with some of my other predictions
Mostly I wanted a Faithless Looting as I feel this list is land heavy and Looting would solve that while adding lots more consistency
