Im not sure where Skysovereign, Consul Flagship will fit in Standard, and its facing heavy competition at the five-drop slot from other mythics in the format, but the card is powerful and the (literal) Flagship of the set, so Im not counting it out
Taxing your opponents is usually a sub-strategy that works to frustrate them and makes attacking other people at the table far more attractive
Its not too powerful, especially compared to some of the newer stuff, but its in an interesting middle ground where you can still take games off of high-power cEDH pods while joining up high-power casual games
Powerful enter triggers are cool and all, but what do you do with the creatures after the trigger
Id probably want at least six or seven, but once I have that, Clive's Hideaway should be worth trying
