Payne 202 Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #3/4 7'6" The grip is 4 1/2"An EF Payne model 202 bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #3 or #4 line. The rod weighs 4. 1 ounces on my scale. This is an older Payne that has been refinished, with the older die stamp on the butt cap, agate stripper, and very fine tips with agate tip tops. Medium slow full flexing action. Light flamed cane with brown main wraps with yellow edges on all, fore and aft at the keeper, male ferrules, and tip tops. It has additional wraps
