I love the Amy Winehouse hairdo on this one

but has a very different feel done in watercolor

There is some sparkle to the snow from paint or a clear coat with some white flakes suspended in it like glitter. 4 1 4" x 2 1 2" and in very good condition, on cardboard art board. I'd guess earlyish 20th c.
