Paul Young Perfectionist Bamboo Rod 7'6" 2/2 #4 9'9" The reel seat spacer isFor sale here is a Paul H. Young "Perfectionist" Model 7'6" 2 2 4wt bamboo fly rod. Serial no. 4733. Made in 1979 most likely by Jack Young. The rod is in excellent+ original condition having only had one owner in its lifetime. All sections are full length and have never been repaired. The rod features the signature PHY mottle flamed look that appeals to so many. Deep mahogany wraps blend well for an understated look. Blued guides. Carbide stripping
