though I think he wears his old age even better

with a rich green lushness to the trees (I especially love the row of five dotting the far horizon) and a compelling sense of drama to the whole scene (one wonders what is going on inside this fortress-like structure perched on its cliff

There is a crease to the top right corner of the board

I love the combination of her strong face here with those very gestural wisps of hair. 7" x 5". Black ink on heavy card in good condition, signed lower left. With her portrait subtly framed by an off square rectangle of toning, which I quite like.
