These casks were originally used for bourbon before being repurposed for whisky maturation

It is also a perfect alternative to Gin when mixed with tonic and a slice of lime

The Rosé colour comes entirely from the ex red wine cask ageing process

This is great straight up at room temperature or as a hearty addition to cocktails
