And pretty heroic looking too, as if a study for a medal to be cast in bronze! Carved of pine, late 19th early 20th century American I would think, by Henry, the son of the subject, who certainly appears to have been quite proud of his father, whose name, hand written on the reverse, appears to have been Owen Cranly, or perhaps Granly.
