Chunky, Slumpy Studio Pottery Vessel with Painterly Glaze travel writing box some in French) range fromNot a studio pottery masterpiece, but I really like it, and might use for holding pens and pencils or paintbrushes if not as a smallish vase, and it feels good to grip. The shape is quite irregular, different all the way around, with thick expressionistic strokes of deep blue glaze against white body lending lots of energy. 4 7 8" t x 4 1 8" diameter of lip, fairly thick walled and heavy for its size. Very good condition, no chips or cracks or other
