Gibbston Valley are some of the oldest hands in Central, and this offering from the warm subregion of Bendigo is in a dark and full flavoured style, with abundant extraction of ripe fruit giving intensity on release and age worthiness in cellar. No disappointment for lovers of this old school style. Goes well with Duck, Game and Lamb
