For sale here is an impregnated Orvis Battenkill 9' 7-8wt bamboo rod

Excellent overall condition with a few signs of wear on the rims as shown in the photos

The rod is in excellent+ condition with very only minor wear on the reel seat and a few minuscule marks on the blank

Excellent patina and the frame and sideplate are on great condition. "Thistle" stamped on the winding plate along with "Alex Martin Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen". No major scratches or issues anywhere. Nice coin edge knurl in the inside edge of the crank side of the frame. Brass un filed foot. Nice dual check design and the spring and pawl look good. The tension adjuster works
