German silver and hard rubber construction. 3 inch diameter, measured pillar to pillar. No cracks in the hard rubber. Crisp, clean click. The unmarked reel foot is full length and unmolested. The on off click switch works fine. The Philbrook & Paine patent number is stamped clearly on the headplate along with H. L. Leonard. HANDLE IS LOOSE
