This is a rare "wide" version of standard SCA, with a spool width measuring 1. 15". This must be a rare one, as I don't recall having ever seen a wide version of a 3 1 4" model (Joe was making these in the mid to late 1980s, and I remember discussing them with him when they were in development). The reel weighs 8 ounces on my scale.
