The method, in which viura white grapes are vinified and fermented, is primitive and ancestral (as for red grapes), leading to a golden yellow wine with orange reflections and unique tannins which provide good balance and structure. TASTING NOTES Light golden yellow with orange reflections. Complex nose reminiscent of mandarin, quince, citrus, grapefruit and stone fruit.
