Theresa of the Roses Medal/Pendant birds medal Based on a 19th CenturyHere's a medal of my latest painting of my friend St. Therese of Lisieux. I try to imagine I'm with my Saints when I paint them, and with Therese, I get the feeling she is looking back at me with warm love. I used the classic icon pose for her and added my own touches. The falling rose petals are part of her shower of roses on us. Ask her for some! She loves to make friends! I hand make my medals with glass and lead free solder. They are waterproof
