North Star Linkwood 2009 14 Year Old 57.5% Collectable Whisky bottling was on the 26thThis superb Linkwood 14 year old bottled by North Star Spirits is a rich Speyside whisky matured in a refill sherry butt. Distilled in 2009 then bottled in 2023 at a punchy cask strength of 57. 5% abv. With only 588 bottles released, this expression offers an incredible amount of flavour. The taste is rich, crisp and fruity with notes of candied peaches, banana bread, green apples and praline. A simply delicious oily finish that echos the rich palate.
